Where Beneficiaries receive financial benefit or reimbursement of any type as a result of orders of a court, governmental or investigative body or regulatory agency that results in a windfall to the Beneficiary, these windfall amounts will be returned by the Beneficiary to the Resilience Fund within 14 days of receipt.

By way of example only and without limiting the generality of the principle described in , such amounts include, without limitation:• Amounts awarded by a court towards the Beneficiary’s legal fees or disbursements;• An award of damages to a Beneficiary in relation to a Claim Event;• Monies or digital assets located by police or other investigative bodies that were identified as the property of Sky; and• Interest payable to a Beneficiary in relation to a Claim Event.
